FUNKTIONARTS is an artistic and pedagogical platform dedicated to promoting and providing health-enhancing activities within culture. Our focus is on people with disabilities, primarily children, youth, and seniors.
We are a nonprofit organisation based in Sweden, with plans to expand our services to Southern Spain.
MISSION
At the heart of FUNKTIONARTS is a mission to empower people with disabilities through the activities we offer. We prioritise customisation, adapting activities to the unique interests, physical and cognitive abilities, neurodivergent needs, and emotional wellbeing of each participant.
VISION
Our vision is to be a trusted, socially committed organisation dedicated to delivering inclusive and high-quality activities that promote the inner and physical wellbeing of our community.
THE TEAM
FUNKTIONARTS consists and combines the expertise of our unique network of professional artists and pedagogues within dance, music, visual art, VR, and photography. We tailor our team for each activity and project to meet its unique needs.

A performance that evoked a lot of emotions. About struggle, strength, and lifting each other up. Wonderful to see a performance where different bodies come together and form almost as one unit. The group takes dance and movement to a new level, breaking boundaries and giving the audience new perspectives. Skillful!
